General policies and requirements

St John's regrets it cannot accept pets and in the interest of health and safety has a no smoking policy in the buildings. To qualify for the right to residency applicants should be retired single men, single women or married couples, able to live independently and preferably reside in the Diocese of Lichfield, although this is not a pre-requirement. If there are no applicants from the diocese, when a flat becomes vacant, we are happy to invite applications from other dioceses. St John's values its Christian heritage which is appreciated by present and future residents. If you are interested now in any of these vacancies, or are maybe thinking a few years down the line, please contact the Bursar for more information. You may complete and return the attached application form. The Bursar, St John’s Lichfield, St John Street, Lichfield, WS13 6PB Or telephone 01543 251884 or email bursar@stjohnslichfield.com
